Worksite wellness efforts address nutrition, physical activity, tobacco cessation and exposure and lactation support; and can include:

• Tobacco-free grounds on all worksite properties, tobacco cessation support
• Healthy food at meetings, in cafeterias, healthy vending or snack station, Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) drop site, on-campus Farmers Market, employer-sponsored gardens or orchards
• Increasing access to worksite recreational facilities and allowing flex time for physical activity breaks
